Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Appleford Estate. If it is not raining, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on grass. Dinner and dancing will be held under a tent covering a flagstone patio. In case of extreme temperatures, fans or portable heaters will be present under the tent.

For guests driving directly to Appleford Estate, on-site parking is available. The address is 770 Mount Moro Road, Villanova, PA 19085. Appleford is in the middle of a residential area. You’ll know you're at Appleford when you see the green mailbox that says “Appleford” at the top of the drive. From the drive, please bear to your left at the split and follow signs to the guest parking area. For guests staying at the Hotel Desmond, free shuttles will run between the hotel and Appleford Estate. One shuttle will depart from the Desmond hotel for Appleford promptly at 2:45 p.m. Another shuttle will depart from the family's home in Wyomissing (1310 Reading Blvd) for Appleford promptly at 2:00 p.m. Each shuttle will depart Appleford at 8:45 p.m. and return to its origin. Kindly indicate your interest in riding on a shuttle when you RSVP. Additionally, the area is well-serviced by Uber and Lyft. Guests desiring to use a ride service on the way home are able to leave their car overnight at the venue, however it must be removed by 11am on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie. Ladies, please wear a floor-length dress, a cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. As portions of the event may be held on grass, women may be more comfortable in a shoe with a thicker heel, a wedge, or a flat.
